  1. A copy of your logo registration or trademark (optional) should be in JPG or PNG format, 8 by 8 cm in size, and should be either color or black and white. In the event that the logo is unavailable, the wordmark may also be utilized.
  2. Form TM-48: This document gives a trademark agent or attorney permission to submit an application for trademarks on the applicant's behalf. The candidate must sign the document.
  3. Certificate of Udyog Aadhaar Registration.
  4. A record attesting to the organization's existence, like a brand registration certificate or trust deed.
  5. Evidence of the authorized signatory's identity for the organization.
  6. Provide evidence of the authorized signatory of the organization.

Documents needed for statutory bodies, trusts, societies, HUFs, and other entities


If an applicant does not have an Udyog Aadhar Certificate, they must submit the following documentation:

  1. A copy of the trademark or logo registration (optional) should be in the JPEG or even PNG format, 8 by 8 cm, and should be in color as well black & white. If the logo registration isn't accessible, you can still use the wordmark.
  2. Form TM-48: This document serves as the applicant's permission for a trademark agent or attorney to submit a trademark application on behalf of the applicant. The applicant must sign the form.
