HSCAP Registration | How to Fill the Online Application Form
HSCAP is an online portal to serve the purpose of online registration for Higher secondary education in Kerala. It is a convenient method for the students of Kerala who could opt for their desired course in the desired school promptly. With the introduction of HSCAP, candidates could apply for a lot of courses in any school in a district as this process eliminated the procedure of submitting the various applications for different courses in different schools.
Here, the students who are dedicated and aspire to get enrolled for first year higher secondary admission must register their details online for plus one admission. The government of Kerala has increased the availability by 20% for the purpose of promoting higher education for all students who aspire to continue their education.
Who is eligible for HSCAP Registration?
- Those who must have passed SSLC or 10th Class from any recognized board.
- No candidate is age bound, however, it depends on the specified school/ college, and it could be understood from the portal that belongs to the specific school/college.
- The selection of a candidate is totally based on the merit marks in his/her 10th Class.
Online Procedure for filing an Application form

Choose "Apply Online" – SWS from the home page.
STEP 3.
Here, you have to select your district in which application must be made. Complete the given information about the student:

Now, fill the form available on the web portal online. At last, upload the required documents and submit them prior to the last date of application.

- Applicants can pay the fee through online mode or offline mode.

What will be the selection criteria?
There can be two ways of selecting a candidate:
- Qualification merit
- Aptitude test
The authorities will check the percentage of the candidate's previous education marks that was acquired and then the candidate will be allowed to get enrolled. Whereas the shortlisted candidates from the aptitude test would be eligible to get the admission. For further updates, a candidate must visit the web portal regularly.
Seat Allotment
The applied students could check for the status of the seat allotment from the official website of HSCAP. The board of authority would publicize the Kerala +1 college letter 2018 in the month of July 2018. Then, it will prepare the seat allotment on the basis of students educational merit list and aptitude test by the end of this and then the officers allocate the seat. The aspirants would receive the Kerala 11th Class Seat Allotment Letter by accessing the registration id and password. Hence, the applicants could review the letter and confirm the details (if any) are incorrect. So that the aspirants would then be intimated about the details of the seat allotment.
