Umang App services (Mobile apps)
- Download the Umang application from Google play store or iOs store. You can click on the link mentioned below. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=in.gov.umang.negd.g2c&hl=en_IN
- Open the Umang app on your smartphone or iPhone. Then select epfo and then click on the employee-centric services.
- After selecting employee-centric services, click on View Passbook to verify your EPF balance.
- Mention your UAN. Then click on Get OTP. You will receive the OTP on to registered mobile number with UAN. Enter the OTP and click the button of Login.
- Select the member ID of the business or firm in which you work and check the EPF balance. After that, your passbook will show on the screen with your EPF balance.

EPF Portal services
- Visit the official EPFO Website. Then on the left side, 1 topic is the Our Services drop-down menu and click on the button of- For Employees.
- From the Services menu click the button of - Member Passbook. You will reposition to the login page.
- EPFO E-Sewa portal Log into the User name (UNA) and password. You will see Member IDs of each account associated with your UAN. This means your EPF accounts with the prior and prevailing employers.
- Click on the button of the Member ID of the EPF account for which you require to verify the balance. The EPF passbook will resemble on the screen.
