Process for EPR Plastic Waste Authorization



1. Filling out an Application Form

The first step is to fill out an application form with all pertinent information, including an estimation of the amount of E-waste generated by each individual piece of electrical or electronic equipment, the collection of a target year, and a general description of the authorized person.


2. Make Payment

After submitting an application, one must pay the appropriate authority.


3. Submission of Documents

Submit the form together with the necessary documents for review and approval.


4. Document Verification

After an application is submitted, the CPCB will analyze it to determine whether a self-declaration or another declaration that is required by ROHS for verification demonstrates compliance with the reduction of hazardous substances.


5. Issues EPR Certificate Licence

If everything is approved by CPCB, EPR Certificate Licence will be issued; otherwise, additional documentation may be required.
