Visiting the website portal, & selecting hallmarking tab

The next step is to move to the Manak portal while clicking on the notification link or for the jeweler registration tab

Then next is to redirect the user to the NSWS page where they need to select” all approvals”, Central approvals

Once the user reaches the approval as well as the registration page, the keyword hallmark will be entered within the search field towards the top right corner.

Then you need to click the registration of jewelers for selling the hallmarked jewelry and carry out the selection of the add to my approval box & click the same.

When you find the login page, just enter all your credentials in case you have already been registered upon portal or you can also register through the clicking upon register link

The final step is the completion of the registration form

Upon verification, you have to enter your credentials for login. Then, towards the right corner top, you need to click on my dashboard link.

Click ‘Review & Submit’ to apply.
STEP 10
A message will appear depicting that the application submission is successful. Move to the section within the left menu with regard to the jeweller’s registration to sell hallmarked jewelry. Then fill all requisite detailing & click on review & submit for submission. Once details of the submission have enlisted, then you will get an approved section within my dashboard.

With successful filing of application form, you will get the approved status within “My Dashboard” section.

Then once application filing is successful, then there will be approval of the application status within my dashboard section

The applicant must ensure to fill out all the requisite details & submit an application through clicking upon reviewing along with submission.
The new guidelines have already been established with regard to the BIS hallmarking licensing requirements. The payment of the licensing fee or Hallmark Registration cost is INR 1000. In case any correction is needed within the form, this shall be made within 14 days from the intimidation date. Otherwise application will be rejected & there will be no refund of the paid fees.
