The PSARA License online is only valid for five years from the day it was issued. There is just a one-year validity period in states like Uttarakhand, Madhya Pradesh, and Chhattisgarh.
The PSARA Agency’s proposed director cannot be eliminated based on the following criteria:
1. If the person responsible has been found guilty by the court of an offense, their sentence will be shorter than two years.
2. If the person is connected to any illegal groups or associations that pose a threat to public safety or the rule of law.
3. If the person has already been dismissed from a government job owing to bad behavior or character.
